WHAT IS PUNCH FIT?

Step into our Punch Fit workout, and you’ll punch and kick your way to better fitness. This high-energy boxing inspired workout is totally safe and there are no complex moves to master. Our passionate instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, learn the fundamentals of boxing & have super fun while feeling like a champ.

Duration: A mixture of short and long rounds, total workout 45 minutes.
