WHAT IS BURN?

Burn is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast – including accelerated fat loss. Our inspirational fitness coaches get down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Duration: 45-second rounds with shorter rest times, total workout is 45 minutes.
